Acceptance of These Terms

Using our website or submitting our loan request form means you agree to these terms of use, our privacy policy, and our advertiser disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of this website, referred to as "we," "us," or "our." "You" means any person who visits the site or uses the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these terms. Our advertiser disclosure explains how we are paid and is also part of these terms.

Eligibility to Use the Service

You may use the request form only if you are at least 18 years old, or 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, live in the United States, and can legally enter into a binding contract under the law of your state.

You may submit a request only for yourself, using your own information. You may not submit a request on behalf of another person, even a family member, unless you hold legal authority to act for that person and the lender permits it. Each lender sets its own eligibility rules, which commonly include U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, a regular source of income, an active checking account in your name, a valid email and phone number, and a Social Security number or ITIN. Meeting our basic eligibility to use the site does not mean a lender will consider or approve your request.

Description of the Service

Our website is a free loan-request and matching service. We collect the information you provide and send it to independent lenders and lending partners who may offer personal loans from $500 to $5,000. We are not a lender.

We do not make credit decisions, set interest rates or fees, decide repayment terms, fund loans, service loans, or collect payments. We do not broker loans in the sense of negotiating terms on your behalf, and we do not act as your agent or financial advisor. Our educational content, calculators, and comparisons are provided for general information only, and every figure shown on the site is an estimate. We may change, pause, or stop any part of the service at any time without notice.

No Guarantee of Offers or Approval

Submitting the request form does not guarantee that any lender will contact you, make an offer, approve you, or provide a particular amount, APR, term, or funding speed. Lenders make every decision independently.

Whether you receive an offer depends on factors such as your credit history, income, existing debts, state of residence, and the accuracy of your information. Some people receive several offers and some receive none. You are never obligated to accept an offer. If you accept one, you deal with that lender directly.

Accuracy of Your Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in the request form and any communication with us. Lenders rely on what you submit to evaluate your request, and false information may lead to denial or legal consequences.

Giving false or misleading information to obtain credit can violate federal and state law. You authorize us and the lenders that receive your request to verify the information you provide, including through consumer reporting agencies, identity verification services, and fraud-prevention databases. If your information changes after you submit a request, contact the lender directly to update it.

Submitting the request form gives us, the lenders that receive your request, and their service providers permission to contact you about your request by phone, text message, and email at the numbers and addresses you provide.

In plain terms, this consent means:

  • Calls and texts may be made using automated dialing technology or prerecorded or artificial voice messages, including to a mobile number.
  • Contact may happen even if your number is listed on a federal or state do-not-call registry, because you asked to be contacted about your request.
  • Your consent is not a condition of receiving a loan or any other product. You can ask us to call you at a different number or contact you only by email.
  • Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply, and message frequency varies.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling the caller you no longer want calls.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or regular user of any phone number you enter. If you enter a number that is not yours, you are responsible for any resulting claims. Withdrawing consent from us does not withdraw it from lenders that already received your request, so contact each lender directly to stop its messages.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the site only for lawful, personal purposes connected with seeking a personal loan or learning about borrowing. Misusing the form, the content, or the systems behind the site is not allowed.

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information, another person's information, or a request on behalf of someone without legal authority.
  • Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the site, copy content, or submit requests.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with site security, or upload viruses or harmful code.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially use leads, data, or content from the site.
  • Post or send content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
  • Impersonate us, a lender, or any other person or business, or misrepresent your connection with us.

We may block access, cancel a request, or report activity to authorities if we believe these terms have been violated.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, guides, calculators, graphics, layouts, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Names and logos of lenders or other companies shown on the site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse us.

Third-Party Lenders and Websites

Lenders and other third parties you reach through our service are independent businesses. Their own loan agreements, disclosures, privacy policies, and terms govern any relationship you form with them, and we are not responsible for their actions.

Before accepting any offer, read the lender's loan agreement and Truth in Lending disclosures, including the APR, finance charge, total of payments, payment schedule, and fees for late or returned payments. If the lender's documents differ from anything you saw on our site, the lender's documents control. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only, and we do not control or endorse their content.

Disclaimers

Our website and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any content, rate range, or payment estimate is complete or current. Our content is not financial, legal, tax, or credit counseling advice. We do not offer debt management plans, debt settlement, or credit repair, and we are not affiliated with any nonprofit credit counseling agency. Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, the request form, or any loan you obtain from a lender.

This includes losses connected with a lender's decision, a lender's terms or conduct, delays in funding, errors in content, or unauthorized access to data. Because our service is free to you, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or these terms is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the site, or false information you submit.

This duty applies to claims brought by third parties, such as a person whose phone number you entered without permission or a lender that relied on inaccurate information you provided.

Governing Law

Our terms of use are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protection laws of your own state may still apply where they cannot be waived.

Any claim that is not resolved informally and is not subject to small claims court will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

Most concerns can be settled quickly by contacting us first. Before starting any formal claim, you agree to send us a written description of the issue and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class or representative action. Disputes with a lender about a loan, a payment, or a collection are handled under that lender's own agreement and dispute process, not under these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms of use from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and changes take effect when posted.

If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the revised terms. If a change is significant, we may also post a notice on the site. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect, and our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Contact Information

Questions about these terms can be sent by email to [email protected], by phone to (888) 927-0509, or by mail to 2180 Maple Drive, Suite 653, Olympia, WA 98501.

Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific, and we usually answer email within one business day. For questions about a specific loan offer, contact the lender that made it, or see how our request process works.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to agree to automated calls to submit a request?

No. Consent to automated calls and texts is not a condition of receiving a loan or any product. If you prefer, contact us and ask to be reached only by email or at a different number. Keep in mind that lenders may still need a working phone number to verify your identity before they fund a loan.

Which state's law applies if I live outside Washington?

These terms are governed by Washington law and federal law. Consumer protections that your own state does not allow to be waived still apply to you. Your actual loan agreement is a separate contract with the lender, and that agreement states which law governs the loan itself.

Can I submit a request for my spouse or adult child?

Generally no. You may submit a request only for yourself, using your own information, unless you hold legal authority such as a power of attorney and the lender permits it. A family member who needs a loan should complete the form personally so the lender can verify identity and obtain consent.

Ready to see your personal loan options?

One free request can reach several independent lenders for $500 to $5,000. Checking your options does not obligate you to accept an offer.
