Response Times
Email is answered within one business day, and calls during business hours are usually answered directly; messages left after hours or on weekends are returned on the next business day.
To help us answer quickly, include the email address you used on the request form and a short description of your question. Please never send your full Social Security number or bank account number by email.
What We Can Help With
Our team can answer questions about the request form, explain how the matching process works, help you understand the general terms in an offer, and handle privacy or data requests.

- Questions about how lenders receive your request and what to expect next.
- Plain-English explanations of terms like APR, origination fee or hard inquiry.
- Requests to stop contact from us or delete your request data.
What We Cannot Help With
We are a loan-request service, not a lender, so we cannot see or change a lender's decision, adjust a rate, or access your loan account, and questions about an existing loan should go to your lender.
For a payment date, balance, payoff amount, hardship option or funding status, contact the lender listed on your loan agreement. We also do not offer credit counseling or debt management plans and are not affiliated with any nonprofit credit counseling agency with a similar name.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete the information you submitted by emailing [email protected] from the address you used on the form, with the subject line "Data deletion request."
We will confirm your request and complete it as described in our privacy policy. Lenders that already received your request keep their own records, so contact them directly to ask about their data. If you have general questions before reaching out, our personal loan FAQ may already have the answer.
